We are a friendly, informal running club based in Henfield, West Sussex.
From the beginning, we have aimed to have a welcoming Club, where the slowest runner and the fastest are treated and respected equally.  We have aimed to have fun both running and socially.  Read more about our ethos on our constitution page.
Our members are involved in a number of events; including road running, cross-country and triathlons.  We participate in at least one international event each year. The Club has runners of all standards, from complete beginners to county-standard.  We are a sociable club of all ages.

Many of our members participate in local fun runs (entirely optional!)  
We belong, predominantly, to two local leagues - see our links page -  (the Sussex Road Racing Grand Prix and the West Sussex Fun Run League).
We also publish members' results.
